Welcome to Bluflares. By accessing our website or availing our services, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.


1. Services Overview

Bluflares provides a range of digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development (Static, Dynamic, E-commerce)

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Social Media Marketing (SMM)

  • Google Ads (Pay-Per-Click Campaigns)

  • Branding & Visual Identity

  • Video Editing

  • Content Writing

Each project is initiated based on a formal proposal or agreement outlining the scope, timeline, and pricing.


2. Project Scope and Changes

  • Any service delivered will strictly follow the scope outlined in the proposal or agreement.

  • Requests beyond the original scope (e.g., new features, additional revisions, or change in design direction) may incur extra charges and adjusted timelines.

  • Scope changes must be confirmed in writing by both parties.


3. Payment Terms

Projects follow a 30% – 30% – 40% payment structure:

  • 30% Advance to initiate the project

  • 30% Mid-Project (upon approval of initial designs or major milestone)

  • 40% Final before the handover or launch of the final deliverables

For monthly services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, or Google Ads), payment is required 100% in advance at the beginning of each service cycle.

  • All invoices must be cleared within 7 days of issuance.

  • Delayed payments may result in paused work, withheld deliverables, or service suspension.

  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or any other method agreed upon in writing.

  • No final files, access credentials, or deployments will be shared until full payment is received.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide all required content, assets, and feedback promptly.

  • Ensure that any third-party materials (images, fonts, copy, etc.) are licensed and legally usable.

  • Respond to approval requests (design drafts, final versions) within 5 business days to avoid delays.


5. Revisions and Approval

  • Each service includes a set number of revisions as mentioned in the agreement.

  • Additional revisions beyond this limit may be billed at an hourly or fixed rate.

  • Final client approval is considered sign-off, after which further changes will require additional cost.


6. Confidentiality

Bluflares respects client confidentiality. All data, business information, and materials shared will:

  • Remain strictly confidential

  • Be used only for project-related purposes

  • Not be shared with third parties without prior written consent


7. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

  • If a project requires third-party plugins, themes, APIs, or tools, the client will bear the cost unless included in the proposal.

  • Bluflares is not liable for issues or limitations arising from third-party software or platforms.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Clients retain full rights to their original content and data.

  • Upon full payment, all custom deliverables (websites, graphics, videos, etc.) become the property of the client.

  • Bluflares retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless a written NDA states otherwise.


9. Warranty & Support

  • Bluflares offers a 15-day post-launch support window to fix bugs or issues related to the delivered project.

  • Ongoing maintenance or support beyond this period is available at an additional cost.


10. Limitation of Liability

Bluflares shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss (loss of business, profits, or data)

  • Delays caused by incomplete client inputs, third-party service failures, or force majeure events


11. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement:

  • With 7 days’ written notice

All completed work will be delivered up to the termination point, and payment will be adjusted accordingly.
No refunds will be issued for completed work or services already delivered.


12. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mutual discussion first.
If unresolved, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert Your City, e.g., Delhi / Mumbai].


13. Modifications to Terms

Bluflares reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
